With a new government in NSW after so many years of Labor domination, many real estate leaders are calling on the NSW Government to reduce excessive stamp duty fees. Brough Principal, Tim Simpson, believes the reduction in Stamp Duty would help to alleviate the concerning shortage of supply of affordable homes, both for occupation and for investment.
