Whether you are new to our site or not, this area is designed to assist tenants to find their way around our site quickly and conveniently;

1. Searching for a rental property – click on rent radio button above, identify the number of bedroom, bathrooms and car accommodation required and click on search to find all the rental properties we have available.

2. Want to view inspection times – click on “open times” and “rentals” to view a list of rental properties with their respective open times.

3. Want your questions answered. Click on FAQ’s, select “Rent”, then “Rent FAQ” to find detailed answers to questions which may be relevant to you.

4. Click on “Links”, “Useful Links”  to utilities including;

5. Want to learn real estate jargon, then you will find the glossary very helpful, packed with lots of information to assist you with your enquiries.

6. Looking to save a deposit, whilst renting a brough property, then go to the “Free Resources” in the main menu and click on “buyer resources” to find out about the government first home owners grant and how to make an offer on a property. You may also find our buying tips helpful as well, located in the menu under "Buy", then "Buying Tips".

7. Almost ready to purchase. Will you need a home loan? Well if you do, click on “Finance” from the menu and view the most updated home loan products on the market – make an online enquiry and receive FREE advice on your next home loan purchase.

8. Want to know what is happening in your local area, visit the “Events Calendar” and click on a date to see what is happening where? This is a great way of introducing yourself into your new neighbourhood, meeting people and making friends.
